"Laughter is the best medicine for stress relief," claims 72-year old Ranjit Deora. A man of incredible health, energy, and mental clarity; he attributes his longevity to the simple practice of LAUGHTER YOGA. A new/old phenomenon in India, Guru Ranjit has introduced this strange practice into the unsuspecting suburbs of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Laugh, And Love Life has played as an official selection of the Cucalorus, Reel Teal, and Praxis film festivals.

Preoccupied with the routines of everyday life, longtime sweethearts Eric and Laurie find that they've fallen out of love. Unwilling to put words to this disconnect, Eric busies himself with an old hobby - the trapping, collection, and pinning of butterflies.

Following the loss of production audio, the film was re-edited for class as a study in semi-narrative montage. As I only have a limited license for the music used, this film has not played festivals outside of the university circuit.

DRAG HIM OUT!

Mitch Cotter is untouchable. A star bounty-hunter with a flawless reputation, he is the prize tool of several less-than-savory institutions. But when he's called on to exact a hit on an unlikely target - and for unclear reasons - he finds himself confronted with the true nature of his profession.

Production on DRAG HIM OUT! started at the top of 2013, following closely on the heels of a successful crowdfunding campaign that generated over $10,000. The shoot lasted for four nights and utilized a variety of locations in downtown Wilmington, NC. It has since played as an official selection of the Cucalorus Film Festival, Dirt Poort Filmmaker's Lineup, and Reel Teel Film Fest.
